Originally from Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Reidar started working at a young age at the Aquarium of Mazatlan where his older brothers worked, he grew passionate of marine life and dedicated twenty years of his life to the rescue and care of marine mammals in the Caribbean and South America. His love for adventure and the ocean makes him an amazing guide and captain for your tour!

Dorian is a precious gem to our company. He is hard-working, reliable and always positive. His easy-going personality helps him quickly befriend all passengers who go on a tour with him. VICTOR SERRANO
CAPTAIN
Originally from Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo in the Mexican state of Guerrero, Victor learned everything about being a captain from his father and grandfather who worked on boats as well. Victor is extremely conscious about safety and keeping the boat clean. He genuinely wants all customers to have the best experience possible and participates actively in providing information to the guests on board. He proudly represents On Board Baja.
ALAN LIZARRAGA
GUIDE - MARINE BIOLOGIST
Alan was born in LA Paz and soon moved to California where he grew up. Living in the coast of California and regularly coming down to Baja, he grew fascinated with the ocean. He began to study marine biology in the US, then completed his studies in La Paz. He has been guiding marine trips since 2013. His passion and wonder for the ocean and marine life keeps him looking for new adventures out at sea.

GENERAL MANAGER
Nicté grew up in La Paz where she has completed her studies and acquired her love for adventure. She is fluent in Spanish, English and knows a little bit of French. She is very organized and will take care of everything you need to perfectly plan your tour in La Paz.
CAMILA MCLAUGHLIN
GUIDE - MARINE BIOLOGIST
Born in Argentina, Cami has left behind the mates, horses and cows of her homeland to fulfill her dream of living by the sea. She is a biologist and in addition to guiding our tours she is studying new genetic tools to know and conserve all the animals and plants of our reefs. She is a fan of the sea, she loves to talk about fish and other animals, and she will never say no to a little more time in the water!

Helene grew up in Réunion, a tiny French island in the Indian Ocean west of Madagascar. She is fluent in English, French and Spanish
