Reidar is passionate about the ocean, with roots in Mazatlán, Sinaloa. From a young age, he worked at the Mazatlán Aquarium alongside his brothers, developing a deep love for marine life and adventure. His experience and knowledge of the sea make him the perfect guide to ensure every trip is unforgettable. With contagious energy and absolute dedication, Reidar ensures every detail is perfect, sharing his passion for the ocean and creating unique experiences for everyone who sails with him. Cami left behind the mate tea, horses, and countryside life of her native Argentina to fulfill her dream of living by the sea. With a Ph.D. in Marine Biology, she’s not only a passionate tour guide but also researches new genetic tools to study and conserve reef biodiversity. A true ocean lover, she enjoys sharing fun facts about fish and marine creatures—and never says no to an extra swim! Her love for nature and warm personality make her especially beloved by kids, whom she inspires with her enthusiasm for science and adventure. With Cami, every excursion becomes a fun-filled lesson about the ocean’s wonders.

Raised between the coasts of both regions, Alan developed a fascination for the ocean from a young age that led him to study marine biology. With guiding experience since 2013, he combines scientific knowledge with a love for adventure, offering unique experiences full of learning and excitement. His endless curiosity about marine life and genuine connection to the sea keep him constantly making new discoveries. When not diving or sailing, Alan enjoys peaceful kayak excursions to closely observe coastal ecosystems while sharing his marine conservation passion. With Alan as your guide, every expedition becomes an opportunity to see the ocean through a scientist's eyes and an adventurer's heart.

Hailing from Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo in Mexico's Guerrero state, Victor learned everything about being a captain from his father and grandfather who also worked on boats. Extremely safety-conscious and meticulous about vessel cleanliness, he's deeply committed to ensuring guests have exceptional experiences. Victor actively engages with passengers, proudly sharing his knowledge while representing On Board Baja with professionalism and pride.
