Want to try something new, fun and out of the ordinary? How about a sandboarding tour? We’ll drive you through the iconic Baja desert to an area called “el Mogote”. Your guide will teach you the basics of sandboarding (which is very much like snowboarding). Start with the smaller sand dunes and gradually make your way up to the highest peak! This activity is fun for all ages! End the day with a stunning sunset view of the cactus filled landscape.

 

What is included:

• Protective helmet

• Protective goggles (against dust and sand)

• Snack (granola bars or cookies and potato chips)

• Beverages (water and soft drinks) 

• Photos taken by your guide will be sent to you by email at no additional cost

• You will be accompanied by a bilingual guide, certified in first aid

• Alcoholic drinks

• Tips are at your discretion, but greatly appreciated

 

We recommend the use of biodegradable sunscreen. You can purchase biodegradable lotion at our office if needed.

 

We recommend bringing a hat, sunglasses and running shoes. We recommend you bring a jacket or sweater as well because it gets chilly once the sun sets, especially in winter.
